Prof. Andreas Demosthenous was born in Nicosia, Cyprus, in 1969. He received the B.Eng. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Leicester, Leicester, U.K., in 1992, the M.Sc. degree in Telecommunications Technology from Aston University, Birmingham, U.K., in 1994, and the Ph.D. degree in Electronic and Electrical engineering from University College London (UCL), London, U.K., in 1998.

Prof Gabriel Aeppli, FRS - LCN

Gabriel Aeppli is the Quain Professor of Physics and the Director of the London Centre for Nanotechnology.
