Abdul Basit holds the position of Professor of Pharmaceutics at the UCL School of Pharmacy, University College London. He is also a Visiting Professor in the Faculty of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Chile.

Ijeoma Uchegbu holds a Chair in Pharmaceutical Nanoscience at the School of Pharmacy, UCL and is Director of Postgraduate Research Studies at the School. Ijeoma’s research in pharmaceutical nanoscience has provided insights into nanoparticle design for drug delivery, producing nanosystems (nanomedicines) that promote oral drug absorption and drug transport to the brain for example.
